The mission statement of the Organisation gives the intention for where the Organisation wants to go, in all its dimensions. It is the basis and the focus for this balance. Then we have a look at the external structure as well as the internal structure of the Organisation. This would include all the elements that have some relationship, at some level, with the organisation. It may be an organization within the domain of these endeavours. · Commercial:~any business, import/export, stores, mall etc · Education:~ kindergarten, schools, universities, teacher training colleges · Health related:~ clinics, hospitals, healthcare etc. · Industry · Family:~ what is effecting the family relations within and the effect of others on the Family.
It is a full and comprehensive analysis of an existing or potential organization to manifest its full potential. This depends on the attitude and cooperation of the organizations’ representatives. Any group of people who are organized to manifest something whether it be success, abundance, prosperity (inner or outer), good energy flow, health and integrity, efficient environmental or global impact, or just plain manufactured things or service projects. Anything that any one person wants to bring into being which involves other people, animals or plants (agriculture etc).
A goal or Mission Manifesto is found and weak areas/links/groups are measured in percentages. These blockages are discussed and balanced after establishing what the root causes are. These could be geopathic (see harmful energies) . Specific remedial treatments are put into place. There is a constant assessment of the energy flow during the process. It is also measured before and after.
Weak links could be problematic relationships, challenging communication channels, the dynamics of staff/employees. These areas could involve customers, suppliers, starting a new organization. The structure is important. We look at how different departments support each other, right down to how individuals support each other. For example, a particular worker may be doing a very good job but her heart is not in it. So she is stressed, which may play out in her being sick often, therefore, absence which translates into loss of energy (money) for the organization. We find a formula together, unique to this situation, which holds the qualities needed to support the organization or to give it a thrust/boost.
One aspect of an energy flow could be: “I am organized and this works”. “My time management is ‘on target’ and I am getting things done”, or one has an energy barometer showing that “things are not working”. It is this subtle energy that we work with in getting an organization pivoted/ focused/ aligned for success. Organisational challenges may have internal or external root causes. |
